Latin for "knowledge or death" — a nod to how much can ride on information reaching the right person in time, whether that's a routine coordination detail or a genuine emergency. A radio only works as well as the person keying the mic.
Rattler Group started with a simple observation: most people who carry a radio have never been taught how to use one. A programmed channel plan means nothing if you don't know when to key up, what to say, or why it matters. We believe knowledge is the key — the radio is just the tool.
We started small, programming radios and walking teams through the channels, tones, and habits behind them. As people asked for more, the catalog grew alongside the curriculum — from single radios to fleet programming, from one class to a full training track.
Rattler Group was founded by Bryce, who brings hands-on experience running live, multi-department team communications in a professional production environment — coordinating people who had to stay in sync when timing mattered.
Knowing why a channel plan is set up the way it is beats memorizing which button to press.
Communication has rules for a reason. We teach them and we follow them.
No filler, no jargon for its own sake. Say what needs to be said, and nothing more.
Whether you need gear, training, or both, Rattler Group will teach you the key along with it.
